DOSEN UNTAR SEBAGAI PEMBICARA DI KOMINFO TERKAIT RANCANGAN PELATIHAN HUMAS TAHUN 2024

Abstract

Kemnaker Establishes SKKNI number 32, 2022, related to Public Relations or PR. PR work has significant changes in the digital era, where there is so much information, it needs to be managed well in order to maintain the reputation of companies and government institutions. SKKNI 32/2022 replaces SKKNI 629/2014 so that public relations work standards are in line with the development conditions of public relations work. The PR Competency Test needs to be adjusted to SKKNI 32/2022. The PR training material for the Junior PR scheme created in 2022 involves Dr Muhammad Adi Pribadi as an Untar academic, accompanied by Kominfo, as well as PR practitioners and other academics.   LSPPRI as the organizer of the PR competency test on behalf of BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency) not only uses the new Public Relations SKKNI, but combines it with other SKKNI because public relations work currently intersects with other professions. The combination of SKKNI in creating competency test materials aims to adapt complex PR work so that it intersects with other professions. The implementation of the new competency test material will begin at the end of February 2024. He explained to Kominfo, PR practitioners and lecturers that the implementation of the competency test which will be carried out at the end of February 2024 is different in terms of the scheme and competency units because the competency test will be carried out using the new Public Relations SKKNI combined with other SKKNI. Dr Muhammad Adi Pribadi explained this to the invitees so that they would understand that the training materials created in 2022 would still use the old SKKNI, so he gave recommendations to create training materials for the Junior PR Officer scheme that were adapted to the new competency test materials.

ABSTRAK

Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI Menetapkan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) nomer 32, tahun 2022, terkait dengan Humas (Hubungan Masyarakat) atau PR (Public Relations). Pekerjaan PR mengalami perubahan yang signifikan di era digital, dimana informasi yang begitu banyak, perlu dikelola dengan baik agar dapat menjaga reputasi Perusahaan dan institusi pemerintah. SKKNI 32/2022 menggantikan SKKNI 629/2014 agar standar kerja kehumasan menjadi sesuai dengan kondisi perkembangan pekerjaan humas. Uji Kompetensi PR perlu disesuaikan dengan SKKNI 32/2022. Materi pelatihan PR untuk skema Junior PR yang dibuat pada tahun 2022 melibatkan Dr Muhammad Adi Pribadi sebagai akademisi Untar, yang didampingi Kominfo, serta praktisi PR dan akademisi lainnya.  LSPPRI sebagai penyelenggara uji kompetensi PR atas nama BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) tidak hanya menggunakan SKKNI Humas yang baru, Namun mengkombinasikan dengan SKKNI lainnya karena pekerjaan humas saat ini bersinggungan dengan profesi lainnya. Kombinasi SKKNI dalam pembuatan materi uji kompetensi bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan pekerjaan PR yang komplek sehingga  bersinggungan dengan profesi lainnya. Penerapan materi uji kompetensi yang baru dimulai  akhir februari 2024. Beliau menjelaskan kepada Kominfo, praktisi PR dan para dosen terkait pelaksanaan uji kompetensi yang dilakukan diakhir Februari 2024 berbeda dari sisi skema dan unit kompetensinya karena uji kompetensi yang dilakukan menggunakan SKKNI Humas yang baru yang dikombinasikan dengan SKKNI lainnya. Hal ini dipaparkan oleh Dr Muhammad Adi Pribadi, kepada undangan agar mereka paham bahwa materi pelatihan yang dibuat pada tahun 2022 masih menggunakan SKKNI lama sehingga Ia memberikan rekomendasi untuk membuat materi pelatihan skema Junior PR Officer yang disesuaikan dengan materi uji kompetensi yang baru.
