ANALISIS PERBAIKAN STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE PADA BAGIAN QUALITY CONTROL KNITTING DI PT MULIA KNITTING FACTORY

Abstract

PT. Mulia Knitting Factory is a company engaged in the production of textiles and garments. In the production at this compant, the main problem that happens is Section of the Quality Control Knitting hasn't yet reached the QC target of rolls of fabric/ This was caused by the low efficiency of the operator because many non value added activities are still carried out. Therefore, this study focused on improving work efficiency and also to standardize the job in this section. After the overall analysis, given some of the proposed improvements include: both activities of transport and weight the rolls of fabric should be done alternately between operators, and suggest to apply the reward & punishment system. Based on thefiven solutions, value added time of operator's activieies will increase from 64% to 83.4% as well as non-value added time will decrease from 36% to an average of 16.4%
