Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Based on criteria by using purposive sampling method, 62 manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange are selected. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as the method of analysis assisted by Eviews 9 program.  The results of this study shows that there is a significant effect between capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size with firm value simultaneously. Capital structure partially has no significant effect on firm value while liquidity and firm size have a negative and significant effect on firm value and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
