ANALISIS PENGARUH BENTUK BUTIRAN PASIR PADA PENGUJIAN PERMEABILITAS CAMPURAN TANAH BSD METODE CONSTANT HEAD

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of sand and soil mixture ratio on permeability test results using the Constant Head Method. The sand samples used are cibeet sand, mud river sand, arrowroot sand, red poor sand, black poor sand, chili sand and soil taken from the Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) area, South Tangerang. Sand samples were obtained through purchases at online stores, while soil samples were taken directly from locations in BSD. This research involved a number of tests, including index propertis, atterberg limit, grain size analysis, compaction, and permeability. The main focus of the research was to observe the soil to sand mix ratio of 60%, 75%, and 90%. The research showed that the grain size, gradation, density, and moisture content of sand significantly affected the permeability test results. The results of the Index Properties research of the soil got a specific gravity value of 2.64 sand samples got a specific gravity value of <2.85. Permeability with a mixture of 60% red malang sand produces the highest k value with an average of 1.139E-04 cm/s, in a mixture of 90% arrowroot sand has the lowest k value with an average k of 3.320E-08 cm/s.
Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perbandingan campuran pasir dan tanah terhadap hasil uji permeabilitas dengan menggunakan metode constant head. Sampel pasir yang digunakan adalah pasir cibeet, pasir sungai lumpur, pasir garut, pasir malang merah, pasir malang hitam, pasir lombok serta tanah yang diambil dari kawasan Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), Tangerang Selatan. Sampel pasir diperoleh melalui pembelian di toko online, sedangkan sampel tanah diambil langsung dari lokasi di BSD. Penelitian ini melibatkan sejumlah pengujian, antara lain index propertis, atterberg limit, grain size analysis, kompaksi, dan permeabilitas. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati perbandingan campuran tanah dengan pasir 60%, 75%, dan 90%. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran butiran, gradasi, kepadatan, dan kadar air pasir secara signifikan memengaruhi hasil pengujian permeabilitas. Hasil penelitian index properties tanah mendapatkan nilai specific gravity 2,64 sampel pasir mendapat nilai specific gravity <2,85. Permeabilitas dengan campuran 60% pasir malang merah menghasilkan nilai k tertinggi dengan rata-rata 1,139E-04 m/s, pada campuran 90% pasir garut memiliki nilai k paling rendah dengan rata-rata k 3,320E-08 m/s.
