ANALISIS CHANGE ORDER RATIO PADA PROYEK BENGKEL SPBU

Abstract

Vehicles are one of the supporting facilities used for daily activities. Vehicles are usually maintained so that they are always in prime condition and suitable for use in the workshop. Currently, there are many workshops that we can find anywhere. The workshop used to carry out maintenance must go through a construction process. Insufficient planning for workshop projects can result in additional work or change orders. This research aims to determine the value of change orders in the Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) workshop project and find the main causes of change orders based on job category. This research uses change order value ratio data from 32 workshop projects in Jabodetabek whose construction took place from November 2022 to March 2023. Based on the results of research and calculations, the average change order ratio value for workshop projects for the work category was 48.614%, where there were The average value of change order ratio in addition is 37.669% and the average value of change orders in subtraction is 10.945%. Electrical and structural work is the work category that is the main cause of change orders.

Kendaraan merupakan salah satu fasilitas pendukung yang digunakan untuk kegiatan sehari-hari. Kendaraan biasannya dilakukan pemeliharaan agar selalu dalam kondisi prima dan layak digunakan di bengkel. Saat ini terdapat banyak bengkel yang dapat kita temui dimanapun. Bengkel yang digunakan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan harus melalui proses pembangunan. Perencanaan pada proyek bengkel yang kurang matang menimbulkan terjadinya pekerjaan tambah kurang atau change order. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan nilai change order pada proyek bengkel Stasion Pengisi Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) dan menemukan penyebab utama terjadinya change order bedasarkan kategori pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data rasio nilai change order dari 32 proyek bengkel di Jabodetabek yang konstruksinya berlangsung selama November tahun 2022 hingga Maret 2023. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dan perhitungan, diperoleh nilai rata-rata change order ratio pada proyek bengkel untuk kategori pekerjaan sebesar 48,614% dimana terdapat nilai rata-rata change order ratio in additional sebesar 37,669% dan nilai rata-rata change order in subtraction sebesar 10,945%. Pekerjaan electrical dan structure menjadi kategori pekerjaan yang menjadi penyebab utama change order.
