Abstract

Project work requires scheduling as a reference in the process. Scheduling has work carried out in parallel to shorten project work time, but sometimes parallel work can experience a shortage of resources, so that it can affect the duration of the project. One way to deal with this problem is by using the Resources-Constraint Project Scheduling Problem and Generalized Precedence Relations methods with the concept of Resource Allocation. The resource allocation method helps in converting parallel work into sequences with minimum increase in project duration, and also with limited resources. The results obtained after using the method listed, the most optimal addition of time due to this method is 14 days and with this additional time there is an equal distribution of resources in the 3rd to 9th week of the raft work on the Tokyo RiverSide. The final duration of project completion went from 71 days to 84 days, with a more stable histogram of workers adding workers.
