FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS EXCAVATORS PADA PEKERJAAN GALIAN DI SOLO DAN MANADO

Abstract

Managing heavy equipment in an efficient manner is one of the keys to achieving profitability in a project. Therefore, the planning of equipment, especially those related to the involvement of heavy equipment, should be considered carefully. Excavators are the main heavy equipment for carrying out the digging process in excavation work and can be said to be productive when used continuously without being idle. To achieve good machine management, it is important to consider the productivity value of the equipment and the factors that affect the equipment. With appropriate methods, construction projects can minimize the cost and duration of the project. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct specific research on what factors affect the productivity of excavators in excavation work. The results of the calculation and ranking of factors show that the factor of swell, bucket fill factors, and field conditions are the most influencing factors in the productivity of excavators in excavation work with each RII value of 0.976; 0.96; and 0.952. Followed by other factors such as weather, tools and management.

Pengelolaan alat berat dengan cara yang efisien merupakan salah satu kunci mencapai profitbilitas dalam suatu proyek. Oleh karena itu perencanaan peralatan khususnya yang berkaitan dengan keterlibatan alat-alat berat sebaiknya diperhatikan secara teliti. Excavators merupakan alat berat pokok untuk mengerjakan proses menggali pada pekerjaan penggalian dan dapat dikatakan produktif apabila digunakan secara terus menerus tanpa menganggur, Untuk mencapai manajemen alat berat yang baik, penting untuk dipertimbangkan nilai produktivitas peralatan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peralatan tersebut. Dengan metode yang sesuai, proyek konstruksi dapat meminimalkan biaya dan durasi proyek. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penelitian secara spesifik mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas excavators pada pekerjaan galian. Hasil perhitungan dan pengurutan faktor menunjukan bahwa faktor kedalaman sudut putar, koreksi alat gali, dan kondisi lapangan merupakan faktor paling mempengaruhi dalam produktivitas excavators pada pekerjaan galian dengan masing-masing nilai RII sebesar 0,976; 0,96; dan 0,952. Disusul dengan faktor lainnya seperti cuaca, alat dan manajemen.
