GAMBARAN KECEMASAN DAN DEPRESI PADA ORANG DENGAN SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS (SLE) DI RUMAH SAKIT X

Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) merupakan suatu penyakit sistemik evolutif kronis yang dapat menyebabkan munculnya penderitaan psikologis. Gangguan depresi dan kecemasan merupakan hal yang paling sering diamati pada orang dengan lupus (Odapus) SLE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran kecemasan dan depresi pada Odapus. Partisipan dari penelitian ini adalah pasien yang terdiagnosis SLE berjumlah 60 Odapus dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), dengan hasil uji reabilitas menunjukkan dimensi kecemasan memeroleh ?= 0.977, p>0.7, dan dimensi depresi ?= 0.854, p>0,7. Uji statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji deskriptif dengan melihat data sosiodemografis partisipan. Pada penelitian ini rata-rata usia partisipan adalah 33 tahun dengan lama terdiagnosis rata-rata 6 tahun. Status pernikahan partisipan penelitian yang belum menikah sebanyak 28 orang (46.7%), pendidikan terakhir terbanyak adalah sarjana berjumlah 23 orang (38.3%). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan dari Odapus yang berada pada tingkat mild sampai moderate sebanyak 20 orang (33.4%) dan Odapus yang memiliki tingkat depresi ditingkat mild sampai moderate sebanyak 12 orang (20%). Kecemasan dan depresi pada Odapus yang masih berada dalam kategori mild sampai moderate ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh komunitas yang diikuti Odapus seperti support group pada media sosial internet yang mereka miliki. 

 

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic evolutionary systemic disease that can cause psychological suffering. Depression and anxiety disorders are the most frequently observed in people with SLE (Odapus). This study aims to describe anxiety and depression in Odapus. The participants of this study were 60 patients with SLE diagnosed with SLE using accidental sampling. Data was collected using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) questionnaire, with the results of the reliability test showing the anxiety dimension obtained ? = 0.977, p> 0.7, and the dimension of depression ? = 0.854, p> 0.7. The statistical test used in this study is a descriptive test by looking at participant sociodemographic data. In this study, the average age of the participants was 33 years with an average diagnosed length of 6 years. The marital status of unmarried research participants as many as 28 people (46.7%), the most recent education is the bachelor numbered 23 people (38.3%). The results also showed that anxiety from Odapus who were in mild to moderate levels were 20 people (33.4%) and Odapus who had depression levels in mild to moderate levels were 12 people (20%). Anxiety and depression in Odapus which is still in the mild to a moderate category is very much influenced by the community that Odapus joins such as the support group on the internet social media they hav.
