DINAMIKA PEMBAGIAN PERAN GENDER DALAM HUBUNGAN PERNIKAHAN PADA USIA LANJUT DAN PENSIUN: ANALISIS TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS

Abstract
Kesenjangan dalam pembagian tugas rumah tangga merujuk pada pembagian tugas domestik yang tidak setara dalam rumah tangga yang mayoritas dikerjakan oleh perempuan. Kesenjangan ini dapat tetap bertahan hingga pasangan memasuki usia lanjut. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kebahagiaan pernikahan dan meningkatkan risiko memiliki kesehatan mental yang buruk bagi perempuan. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukan bahwa laki-laki yang telah pensiun lebih sedikit melakukan pekerjaan domestik (memasak dan bersih-bersih) walaupun memiliki lebih banyak waktu luang. Tinjauan sistematis ini ditujukan untuk mensintesis literasi mengenai pembagian pekerjaan rumah tangga antara pasangan lansia yang telah pensiun, untuk mengeksplorasi pembagian, tingkat ketimpangan, dan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi. Pencarian studi dilakukan melalui database Science Direct, Taylor & Francis Online, dan Pubmed dengan rentang tahun 2012-2023. Studi inklusi jika membahas pembagian tugas domestik antara pasangan berusia >60 tahun dan sudah pensiun. Quality assessment juga dilakukan untuk meningkatkan relevansi dan kualitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perempuan lanjut usia yang telah pensiun tetap memiliki beban pekerjaan domestik yang lebih banyak dibandingkan pasangan. Perempuan lansia yang telah pensiun tetap melakukan tugas domestik antara lain: merawat cucu dan merawat pasangan serta menangani pekerjaan rumah tangga lainnya meskipun suami juga telah pensiun. Penemuan dari studi ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penyusunan intervensi atau kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia.
