PENGARUH STRES COVID-19 TERHADAP INDIVIDUAL WORK PERFORMANCE PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT SELAMA PANDEMI

Abstract




Dalam menangani masalah kesehatan selama masa pandemi, tenaga kesehatan merupakan garda terdepan untuk memberikan layanan kesehatan secara profesional. Tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja lebih berisiko tertular virus COVID-19, penambahan beban dan waktu kerja, dan mengalami stres tinggi karena merawat pasien yang terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres COVID-19 terhadap individual work performance pada tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit selama pandemi. Kedua variabel diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang telah diadaptasi di Indonesia. Stres COVID-19 diukur menggunakan COVID Stress Scale (Taylor et al., 2020) dan kinerja diukur menggunakan Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (Koopmans et al., 2014). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 220 tenaga kesehatan yang terdiri dari 57 dokter umum, 34 dokter spesialis, 3 dokter gigi, 56 perawat, 29 bidan, serta 41 penunjang medis yang bekerja selama masa pandemi di rumah sakit dan menangani pasien COVID-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh stres COVID-19 terhadap individual work performance pada tenaga kesehatan saat pandemi dengan tingkat signifikansi (Sig) yaitu 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi adalah Y= 42.981 - 0.557 X. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi (R Square) diperoleh kontribusi sebesar 0.368. Hal ini diartikan sebagai stres COVID-19 memberikan pengaruh sebesar 36.8% terhadap individual work performance.
