PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PELATIHAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN RESILIENSI REMAJA

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun bukti yang ada dengan membuat modul intervensi komprehensif yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan untuk membantu remaja yang menghadapi perubahan kondisi psikologis mereka menjadi lebih tangguh. Selain itu, penyusunan materi ini juga bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan modul agar mudah dipahami dalam mendukung pelaksanaan pelatihan peningkatan resiliensi. Penulis menyusun dan merinci desain implementasi awal mengikuti penelitian sebelumnya menjadi langkah-langkah yang lebih sistematis dan operasional untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal dalam bentuk modul.Penyusunan materi ini dilakukan dengan studi pustaka. Hasil penyusunan materi pelatihan terdiri dari beberapa bagian. Pertama mengungkap beberapa fenomena risiko yang dihadapi remaja di Indonesia. Kedua, mengungkap alasan dan motivasi remaja untuk resilien, terutama dari segi psikologis. Ketiga, strategi efektif yang bisa dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan perilaku resilien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dimensi Percaya Diri, dimensi Dorongan Mandiri, dimensi Pengendalian Emosi, Dimensi Memandang Masalah, dan Dimensi Saling Percaya berperan dalam mengembangkan resiliensi  remaja. Oleh karena itu perlu dideskripsikan makna 5 dimensi tersebut serta kaitannya dengan peningkatan resiliensi remaja. Modul ini didasarkan pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis. Modul ini mendesak utuk segera dilakukan agar segera dapat diketahui kekurangannya.
