Aktivitas Fisik Dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Pada Populasi Dewasa Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 : A Systematic Review

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menja di krisis global yang menyebabkan timbulnya berbagai dampak salah satunya pada keseja hteraan psikologis dan aktivitas fisik masyarakat. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, aktivita s fisik diketa hui memiliki hubungan da n penga ruh terha dap kesejahtera an psikologis.  Ma ka da ri  itu, penelitia n ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh ga mbaran  komprehensif  tentang  tingkat da n dampak aktivita s fisik terhadap  keseja hteraan  psikologis pada populasi dewa sa serta rekomendasi  aktivitas fisik yang dapa t dila kukan untuk meningkatkan  kesejahteraan  psikologis selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan metode analisis PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta -Analytic). Literatur dicari di database EBSCOhost, ProQuest, dan ScienceDirect. Pencaria n awal menghasillkan 5.136 artikel dan akhirnya didapatkan 15 artikel  yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil review mengungka pkan ba hwa sela ma masa pa ndemi Covid-19 terja di penuruna n tingka t a ktivita s fisik da n  keseja hteraan psikologis terutama pada populasi dewasa khususnya pada perempua n da n kelompok dewa sa muda. Sela in itu, ditemuka n ba hwa a ktivita s fisik baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berhubungan dengan gejala depresi, stres, kecemasa n, serta pera sa an da n emosi positif. Aktivita s fisik denga n intensita s seda ng memiliki penga ruh pa ling signifka n terhada p keseja hteraan psikologis. Ada pun bentuk a ktivita s tersebut seperti memba wa beban ringa n, yoga , ga nda tenis, a erobik, muscular fitness da n explosive fitnes. Berda sa rka n ha l tersebut, da pa t disimpulka n ba hwa a ktivita s fisik teruta ma denga n intensitas seda ng berdampak pa ling signifka n terhada p keseja htera an psikologis teruta ma dala m meningka tkan pera saan da n emosi positif serta menurunka n geja la depresi, stres, da n kecema san pada populasi  dewa sa .
