Abstract

Pervious concrete is highly porous concrete used for work applications that allows water from rainfall and other sources to pass through easily. The use of permeable concrete can reduce water runoff and can replenish groundwater levels. Pervious concrete is traditionally used in parking areas, low-traffic areas, walkways and greenhouses and contributes to sustainable construction.  PkM collaboration partners are in the RW 07 Cipete Village, Pinang District, Tangerang City, with problems faced in the form of damage to environmental roads. The community asked for help in overcoming this problem, so the PkM TEAM from Tarumanagara University offered a solution using pervious concrete to overcome the problem of damaged roads.  In the PkM carried out, the Pervious concrete offered was the result of research at the UNTAR Concrete Technology laboratory using a cement to water ratio of 0.3 gravel using 19-10 sized gravel with a ratio of 1.3 : 0.9, without using sand, and using a superplasticizer 0.5% of cement weight. The resulting pervious concrete has a cavity volume ranging from 18% - 35% with a compressive strength of 20 MPa. Mixing of materials at the PKM location is carried out using a molen truck with a volume of 7.5 m3. The area of ​​the repaired road measures 6 m x 24 m with a thickness of 0.06 m. The results of PkM's work show that Pervious Concrete was successfully used to repair potholes in Banjar Wijaya Housing RW 07, Cipete Village, Pinang District, Tangerang City.


ABSTRAK


Beton tembus air adalah beton berpori tinggi yang digunakan untuk aplikasi pekerjaan yang memungkinkan air dari curah hujan dan sumber lain dapat melewatinya dengan mudah. Penggunaan beton tembus air dapat mengurangi limpasan air dan dapat mengisi kembali permukaan air tanah. Beton tembus air secara tradisional digunakan di area parkir, area dengan lalu lintas rendah, jalur pejalan kaki, dan rumah kaca serta berkontribusi terhadap konstruksi berkelanjutan.  Mitra kerjasama PkM ada di wilayah RW 07 Kelurahan Cipete Kecamatan Pinang Kota tangerang dengan permasalah yang dihadapi berupa kerusakan jalan lingkungan. Masyarakat memerlukan bantuan dalam mengatasi persoalan tersebut sehingga TIM PkM dari Universitas Tarumanagara menawarkan solusi penggunaan pervious concrete atau beton tembus air guna mengatasi persoalan jalan yang rusak tersebut.  Pada PkM yang dilakukan, Pervious concrete yang ditawarkan merupakan hasil penelitian di laboratorium Teknologi Beton UNTAR menggunakan  perbandingan semen terhadap air sebesar 0,3 kerikil menggunakan kerikil berukuran 19-10 dengan perbandingan 1,3 : 0,9, tanpa menggunakan pasir, dan menggunakan superplasticizer  0,5% terhadap berat semen. Pervious concrete yang dihasilkan memiliki volume rongga berkisar antara 18% - 35% dengan kuat tekan 20 MPa. Pencampuran material di lokasi PKM dilakukan menggunakan truk molen dengan volume 7,5 m3. Luas jalan yang diperbaiki berukuran 6 m x 24 m dengan tebal 0,06 m. Hasil kerja PkM menunjukkan Beton Pervious berhasil digunakan untuk pengecoran perbaikan jalan berlubang di Perumahan Banjar Wijaya RW 07 Kelurahan Cipete, Kecamatan Pinang, Kota Tangerang.
