Abstract

PCOS is one of the leading causes of infertility, hirsutism, and oligomenorrhea in women. Women who experience PCOS have a high potential to experience physical and mental health problems. The impact of PCOS on physical health has been widely discussed by experts in the medical field. However, the impact of PCOS on the mental health of women with PCOS is still very limited and needs to be followed up. In this outreach activity, the mental health of women with PCOS will focus on discussing the importance of resilience and grit to encourage women with PCOS to bounce back from the situation they face and be able to move consistently in undergoing PCOS treatment, especially in undergoing a healthy lifestyle treatment program where women with PCOS often finds it difficult to stay consistent with the program.
