Abstract

Everyone is under strain and stressed as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic. Life is in a state of uncertainty, with no notion what to do or how things will unfold in the next months. Simultaneously, this crisis necessitates large-scale behavioral changes and throws a substantial load of worry and pessimism on people and families. The family is society's smallest institution. As a consequence of the family, a generation is produced. To be able to raise a strong generation, a family must be strong. The basis of family structure determines the family's resiliency. The capacity to endure adversity or succeed in the face of life's challenges and troubles is referred to as resilience. The concept of resilience is gaining traction in the study of how individuals, families, and communities heal from trauma, such as trauma caused by a disaster, war, or the death of a loved one.
