PENYUSUNAN STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDUR (SOP) REKRUTMEN DI PT SP

Abstract

To carry out its operational activities, the company requires competent human resources in order to produce quality products or services so that the company can survive in the business competition. Because of the importance of human resources to support the sustainability of the company's operations, companies need to recruit the right human resources who meet the qualifications needed to carry out their work in order to achieve the company goals. For this reason, it is important for companies to run a good recruitment system that is able to recruit the right people. To ensure that the company's recruitment system can run consistently and no recruitment stages are missed, a standard or in this case is a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is needed. PT SP is one of the companies that does not yet have a good recruitment system. Seeing a problem at PT SP, the PKM team helps to find solutions for the company. The intervention provided by the PKM implementation team is to create the right recruitment system or SOP to ensure the company can run the recruitment system consistently. The methode used in this is by interviewing the company's management as well as theoretical studies or by collecting the informational sources needed in designing the recruitment SOP.

Perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten di bidangnya agar dapat menghasilkan produk atau layanan berkualitas, sehingga perusahaan dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis. Oleh karena pentingnya sumber daya manusia untuk mendukung keberlangsungan operasional perusahaan, perusahaan perlu untuk merekrut sumber daya manusia yang tepat dan memenuhi kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Untuk itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk menjalankan sistem perekrutan yang baik yang mampu merekrut orang yang tepat. Untuk memastikan bahwa sistem rekrutmen perusahaan dapat berjalan secara konsisten dan tidak ada tahapan rekrutmen yang terlewat maka dibutuhkan suatu standar atau dalam hal ini adalah Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). PT SP adalah salah satu perusahaan yang belum memiliki sistem rekrutmen yang baik. Melihat adanya masalah di PT SP, tim pelaksana PKM membantu memberikan solusi bagi perusahaan. Intervensi yang diberikan oleh tim pelaksana PKM adalah membuat sistem rekrutmen yang benar dan mengemasnya dengan SOP untuk memastikan perusahaan dapat menjalankan sistem perekrutan secara konsisten. Pembuatan SOP rekrutmen ini dibuat dengan wawancara terhadap manajemen perusahaan serta kajian teori atau dengan mengumpulkan sumber yang dibutuhkan dalam menyusun SOP rekrutmen.
