PENETAPAN LAYOUT UNTUK MEMPERLANCAR ARUS BARANG PADA TOKO ALAT TULIS MANDIRI PRATAMA RUSLIM

Abstract

Every store, large or small, will face layout problems. Setting the layout (layout) in the store is a problem that is often encountered and even unavoidable in the industrial world even though for a smaller and simpler scope. If this arrangement is well planned, it will af ect the ef iciency and smooth flow of goods. Layout does not only occur in stores but can also occur in certain factories or industries. The main goal to be achieved in planning the layout of facilities at the Mandiri Pratama Ruslim store is basically to facilitate the search for goods which in turn can increase sales. This PKM program is in the form of determining the layout of the Mandiri Pratama Ruslim store to facilitate the flow of goods. So far, the layout of the store is not ef icient in the distribution of goods. With the correct layout, time ef iciency occurs and in the end there is a smooth flow of goods in the store.

Setiap toko baik toko besar maupun kecil akan menghadapi persoalan tata letak. Pengaturan tata letak (layout) pada toko merupakan masalah yang sering dijumpai bahkan tidak dapat dihindari dalam dunia industri meskipun untuk lingkup yang lebih kecil dan sederhana. Apabila pengaturan ini terencana secara baik akan berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi dan kelancaran arus barang. Tata letak bukan hanya terjadi di toko melainkan dapat terjadi juga pada pabrik atau industri tertentu. Tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai dalam perencanaan tata letak fasilitas pada toko Mandiri Pratama Ruslim pada dasarnya adalah untuk memudahkan pencarian barang yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Program PKM ini berupa penentuan tata letak pada toko Mandiri Pratama Ruslim untuk memperlancar arus barang. Selama ini tata letak yang ada di toko tersebut tidak efisien dalam jalur distribusi barang. Dengan tata letak yang benar maka terjadi efisiensi waktu dan pada akhirnya terjadi kelancaran arus barang pada toko tersebut.
