Based on the results of distributing the NBM questionnaire to 2 employees, it was found that employees felt pain in the neck, back, waist, shoulders, thighs, calves and feet. In the REBA analysis, a score of 5 (medium risk level) was obtained for the squatting work posture and a score of 8 (high risk level) for the kneeling work posture, and in the OWAS analysis, a score of 2 was obtained for the squatting and kneeling work posture. From the conditions described, it is necessary to design storage racks and roll cloth cutting which can improve employee work posture and make it easier for employees to find fabric materials. The results of the REBA assessment on standing work posture of employees after implementing storage rack work tools and cutting cloth rolls only got a score of 3 (low risk), and on the OWAS assessment, got a score of 1, which means the work posture is in a safe position.</em></p> </div> </div> </div>2024-08-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Mitra Teknik Industrihttps://journal.untar.ac.id/index.php/JMTI/article/view/31990ANALISIS ERGONOMI BEBAN KERJA MENTAL DAN FISIK TERHADAP PENGENDARA OJEK ONLINE WANITA TERHADAP DIHAPUSNYA PROGRAM LADY GRAB2024-08-26T08:21:01+00:00Isnia Oktaveraisnia.545190063@stu.untar.ac.idLamto Widodolamtow@ft.untar.ac.idAhmadahmad@ft.untar.ac.id<div class="page" title="Page 1"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p><em>Online motorcycle taxis or commonly referred to as ojols are motorbike taxis that can be ordered via a mobile phone that uses the internet by using an application. This research aims to analyze the workload experienced and identify the causes of excessive workload felt by female online motorcycle taxi drivers. The research subjects this time were 31 female grab drivers in the cities of Tangerang and Jakarta. The measured workload is physical and mental workload. The benefits of this research are to find out how much the level of workload, both physical and mental, is experienced by female online motorcycle taxi drivers and to find out whether the number of workers is in accordance with the optimal standard of the driver's workload. The purpose of conducting this research is to analyze what kind of mental workload is experienced by female online motorcycle taxi drivers during the abolition of the lady grab program. Measurement of mental workload is carried out by the mental workload measurement method used, namely; NASA-TLX, Nordic Body Map, and RSME (Rating Scale Mental Effort). The calculation result of 79.5 shows the average score borne by female online motorcycle taxi drivers in the high and very high categories. The results of the RSME calculation give an average score of 968.6 with a description of a very heavy mental workload.</em></p> </div> </div> </div>2024-08-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Mitra Teknik Industrihttps://journal.untar.ac.id/index.php/JMTI/article/view/31992ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS MESIN TEKUK DALAM PEMBUATAN KOMPONEN FRAME CHASSIS BAK KONTAINER TRUK DENGAN METODE OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS DAN FMEA2024-08-26T08:27:46+00:00Theodorus Hendersontheodorus255@gmail.comM. This is because there is damage to components such as hydraulics, PLC, encoder and so on on the main machine, namely the bending machine. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the machine by analyzing Total Productive Maintenance with the overall equipment effectiveness method of the bending machine and the loss factor of the machine with six big losses. After that, an analysis was carried out using a fishbone diagram to find the cause of the problem from the bending machine. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the average availability value is 91.92%, the performance rate is 75.11%, the rate of quality product is 90.18%, and the overall equipment effectiveness value is 62.27%.
