Pengaruh Tingkat Kepuasan Work-Life Integration terhadap Burnout pada Profesi Dokter: A Systematic Review Without Meta-Analysis

Abstract

Profesi medis, terutama dokter, harus menghadapi tantangan setiap harinya seperti jam kerja yang panjang, tuntutan emosional yang tinggi, dan cenderung memprioritaskan kebutuhan pasien dibandingkan kebutuhan diri sendiri. Oleh karena hal inilah, risiko burnout pada dokter semakin meningkat dan bahkan menjadi isu global sebelum pandemi COVID-19. Studi menunjukkan bahwa dokter yang mengalami burnout dapat menghadapi masalah serius seperti peningkatan risiko kesalahan medis, penurunan kualitas pelayanan, dan bahkan memberikan ancaman terhadap produktivitas sistem kesehatan. Faktor-faktor seperti beban kerja yang tinggi, tugas administratif, dan jam kerja yang panjang juga menjadi salah satu faktor terjadinya rasa burnout pada profesi dokter. Selain itu, penelitian mencatat bahwa work-life integration (WLI) memiliki peran signifikan dalam terjadinya burnout pada dokter. Adanya tantangan dalam mencapai kepuasan dalam work-life integration dapat meningkatkan risiko konflik, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada pekerjaan dan menyebabkan terjadinya burnout. Dengan adanya urgensi ini, penelitian yang menggunakan metode Systematic Review without META Analysis dilakukan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh tingkat kepuasan work-life integration terhadap burnout pada dokter. Hasil di dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam, membantu mengembangkan strategi intervensi dan kebijakan yang lebih baik di dunia kedokteran dan juga menemukan adanya pengaruh tinggi rendahnya tingkat kepuasan work-life integration yang dimiliki seorang dokter terhadap burnout yang dialaminya.
