Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan

Abstract
In the era of globalization and rapid change, human resource management is becoming increasingly important for the success of a company so that it can work more productively and effectively. The main challenge facing human resource management is managing workforce diversity. Companies often have groups of people of different genders, ages, and educational backgrounds. Managing this diversity requires an approach that is fair, inclusive, and allows each individual to make their contribution. Therefore, it is important to unite diverse workforce backgrounds to contribute to increasing work productivity and the company's vision and mission. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation on the work productivity employees of PT Diandra Karya Mandiri. The sampling method in this research was taken using saturated sampling, all employees of PT Diandra Karya Mandiri was used as the sample in this research. This research had 40 respondents. The data obtained and processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS 4 application.
