Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Mediasi Komitmen Organisasi pada Anak Bank Perusahaan BUMN di Jakarta Selatan

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediation. The method in this study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach and using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all employees working in the Marketing Development sector at state-owned bank subsidiary in South Jakarta. The sample size used in this study was 131 respondents. This study uses SmartPLS version 4.0.9.6 The results of this study are (1) positive and significant influence of the work environment on organizational commitment, (2) positive and significant influence of compensation variable on organizational commitment, (3)organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, (4)work environment variable has a negative and non-significant influence on job satisfaction, (5)compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, (6) work environment, and organizational commitment variables have a positive but non-significant influence on job satisfaction, (7) compensation and organizational commitment variables have a negative and non-significant influence on job satisfaction.
