PENINGKATAN NILAI BANGUNAN HIJAU PADA BANGUNAN TERBANGUN Studi Kasus: Gedung Kampus X

Abstract

Existing building is a building that has been operating for at least one year after the building was completed and tends to decrease in the performance of the equipments as well as the construction. Almost 98% of the buildings in Indonesia are old buildings that do not apply the concept of Green Building, a concept that has been develop in sustaining the environment. As an educational institution, university should participate in applying the concept of Green Building in campus environment. In this study, an analysis is conducted to determine the steps necessary to achieve the Green Building Predicate in Campus X, aimed to optimize the Green Building Predicate with minimum effort. Analysis shown that the Silver Predicate can be achieved by increasing the value in the Consideration Level 2, while Gold Predicate can be achieved by increasing the value in the Consideration Level 1 + 2 and Consideration Level 1 + 2 + 3. Further effort to increase the value will not resulting higher Green Building Predicate.
