In the present times of globalization and information disclosure, technology is one of the means to solve various problems and provide solutions for a wide range of issues in various aspects of life. Various problems that occur in different parts of the world and involves a variety of countries is synonymous with the involvement of state actors that play a rolen in them. However, the facts stand out that such roles are not exclusively belong to state actors, non-state actors also have large enough share of roles in them. If we examine them further more, there is collaboration of roles between state actors and non-state actors in realizing various interests. In this case, what is behind the phenomenon of the rise of the role of non-State actors has something to do with internet and some thoughts of Jurgen Habermas
Abstrak:
Dalam era globalisasi dan keterbukaan informasi seperti sekarang ini, perangkat teknologi merupakan salah satu sarana dalam membantu, mewujudkan, memecahkan berbagai macam permasalahan dan memberikan solusi dari berbagai macam persoalan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Selama ini berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi diberbagai belahan dunia dan melibatkan berbagai Negara identik dengan peran actor Negara didalamnya, dilihat dari faktanya tidak hanya actor Negara yang berperan, peran actornon Negara juga memiliki andil yang cukup besar didalamnya, bahkan jika kita telaah lebih dalam lagi terdapat kolaborasi antara peran actor Negara dan actor non Negara dalam mewujudkan berbagai kepentingan. Dalam hal ini apa saja yang melatarbelakangi fenomena bangkitnya peran actor non Negara, kaitannya dengan internet dan beberapa pemikiran dari Juergen Habermas
